ABOUT

I am a wife, mom, animal mom, baker, book lover, sports nut, technology geek, and movie buff...I am also a people operations professional with a strong aptitude for business, and a passion for helping small and mid-sized companies plan, attract, hire, and retain top talent. For 20 years I have succeeded, failed, learned, and grown so that you don't have to. I will be by your side every step of the way in the most meaningful way possible.

During my 20 years in HR I worked my way up from coordinating to leading, I have worked in agency, in-house, and as a consultant, and at the Enterprise level and in startups. My path gives me the opportunity to experience a lot! They say there is no better teacher than life...I've got that and a BA in Human Resources.
